The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the waterfront in the center of Lloret de Mar. The rooms were generally comfortable, but the check-in experience with the night porter was a bit off. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the extremely disappointing quality of the food, making it the worst dining experience we've had in 30 years of traveling abroad.

The rooms were comfortable and came with useful amenities like mini-fridges and free safes. Beds were changed daily.

The staff were mostly pleasant, but the night porter during early morning check-in was not welcoming. However, they did go out of their way to accommodate dietary needs.

The location couldn't be better, right on the waterfront in the center of Lloret de Mar, excellent for enjoying beaches, walks, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The dining experience was terrible, with watery and tasteless food, unlabelled dishes, and no menu. Breakfast and dinner were major disappointments.
